Overview
As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you shape how the Dun & Bradstreet brand is perceived across channels, aligning strategy, naming, and governance with business goals. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into cohesive brand experiences and campaigns. You’ll drive brand architecture, naming, and measurement to boost awareness and differentiation. This role offers an opportunity to influence brand direction at scale and work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities Develop and refine brand strategy including positioning, messaging, voice, and narrative Define and govern brand architecture across master brand, sub-brands, products, solutions, programs, campaigns, and partnerships Support brand naming strategy and governance for new offerings ensuring alignment with architecture Plan and execute brand campaigns across media, events, digital, social, etc. Create and maintain brand governance materials: guidelines, naming conventions, templates, training, enablement resources Act as primary brand steward ensuring consistent brand application across all materials and experiences Define KPIs for brand health and establish tracking/reporting frameworks Stay current with branding, design, and consumer behavior trends to inform creative direction Collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand standards Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality brand assets and experiences
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 8+ years in brand marketing; B2B or technology experience a plus Proven success developing and executing cross-channel brand strategies Strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, visual systems, and governance Experience with brand and portfolio architecture, product hierarchy, naming conventions, or brand house governance Ability to translate complex product/solution structures into customer-friendly naming frameworks Experience leading naming workstreams including briefs, discovery, stakeholder alignment, SEO or competitive review, and legal/trademark coordination Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-ready recommendations Data-driven approach using insights from brand, campaigns, customers, competitors, SEO/AEO to optimize impact Strong organizational and project management skills; facilitation and stakeholder management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding and openness to AI tools; curious, adaptable, and ethical in AI-driven environments Ownership mindset, proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams English fluency; additional languages a pluscollaborationstakeholder managementclear communication Microsoft Office SuiteSEO/AEOdata-driven decision making
