The Role: Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume, high-complexity aging portfolio Proactively pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive outreach before accounts become a problem — not just reacting to disputes Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence Route any disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team Work daily in Net Suite; ramp onto a new collections automation platform as it rolls out

What We're Looking For: Solid collections/AR background — comfortable owning a portfolio end to end Net Suite experience required Ability to adapt to a non-standard, high-volume process (this isn't textbook collections)Strong written communication skills — this is an email-first motion Comfortable operating in a still-being-built, fast-scaling environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
