Compensation & Benefits
Starting Wage: $30.00 – $40.00/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber at RLP, you will be a critical part of our plumbing team. You'll work on large-scale commercial projects from rough-in to final installation and ensure our work is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems on construction projects
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Inspect work, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements
- Ensure plumbing installations meet code, quality, and efficiency standards
- Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
- Coordinate effectively with the onsite foreman to keep schedules on track
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)4–6+ years of commercial plumbing experience, on new construction projects
- MedGas certification/endorsement is preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently, solve problems on the job, and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
