Technical Curriculum Developer - AI Agents - Remote

Overview In this role you design and deliver hands-on training for AI agents on our platform, enabling customers and partners to build, configure, and deploy agentic AI solutions. You work closely with Product and Engineering to translate architecture and APIs into practical learning experiences and live demos. You own advanced, coding-intensive courses, including Java and REST API labs, while shaping the curriculum for capabilities still in development. This role blends technical training with real-world implementation expertise to drive customer success at scale. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program Responsibilities Design hands-on AI agent training and lab environments that teach building, configuring, and deploying custom agents on the platform Create working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content Translate practical challenges of agent configuration (tool calls, context management, prompt design, error handling, guardrails) into sequenced learning experiences Stay current with agentic AI landscape, frameworks, and tool integrations for effective instruction Own and maintain advanced technical courses requiring Java coding and REST API work Develop hands-on labs, sandbox exercises, sample code, and realistic technical exercises Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gain early access to features and create courseware Apply instructional design best practices to maintain technical accuracy while ensuring learner engagement Partner with Professional Services, Managed Services and Support to address curriculum gaps Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks/SDKs like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Claude Agent SDKUnderstanding of agent concepts: tool calling, RAG, context/memory, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration standards is a strong plus Ability to read Java code and understand REST APIs for minor development/debugging Experience with Git, Postman, or similar tooling 3+ years creating technical training, curriculum, or enablement for developers/technical audiences Experience designing hands-on labs and instructor-led or eLearning courses Familiarity with LMS and AI authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Arcade, Vyond, Gemini, Claude) is a plus Experience with Veeva Vault or ramping on enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus Strong writing, technical communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Willingness to work in ambiguous environments and define curriculum for evolving capabilitiesstrong written and verbal communicationpresentation and facilitation skillscross-functional collaboration Lang Chain Lang Graph Claude Agent SDK/Claude Code
