Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the advance operations for all of the events where the candidate is present, including:
- Coordinating with hosts and organizers on the needs of the candidate of the campaign
- Communicating the specifics of each event to relevant campaign staff
- Physically advancing each location, ensuring that the event follows the agreed upon format and requirements
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth event, including but not limited to: campaign staff, local organizers, elected officials, political partners, local authorities, vendors, security staff.
Assisting the Operations Director with basic administrative tasks, including:
Managing office needs and supplies
Receipt tracking
Taking notes and distributing meeting agendas as needed
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
