President

An established, construction and manufacturing company is hiring a President to run its fastest-growing business: a components manufacturing division. The division designs and manufactures building products for healthcare and data center construction out of a new 340,000 square foot facility. The factory is built and the products are shipping to leading healthcare owners. The company now needs a President who has already run a business at the scale this one is headed for. The mandate You own the P&L end to end and report to the CEO, with a seat on the Executive Leadership Team and a meaningful equity ownership position in the division. Fill the factory and keep it filled. Utilization and backlog are the year one scorecard. Sign strategic partnerships with national general contractors and institutional owners, and lead those negotiations personally. Build a dedicated sales organization with senior healthcare and data center sales leaders. Take the data center product line from development to market: defined, priced, and sold. Scale the plant through capacity planning, automation, quality systems, and safety, leading a union manufacturing workforce. Run the business to institutional reporting standards so capital options stay open. Champion a software platform that lets architects and owners configure, price, and specify products directly into their projects. Who should apply You have led a product manufacturing or industrialized construction P&L of $100M or more as President, CEO, General Manager, or Division President. You have personally sold programs to large institutional owners. You closed the deals yourself. You have operated through a capital event: an investment, sale, recapitalization, or carve-out. You have taken new products from development to market. You know factory operations in depth and have built leadership teams that produced successors. Healthcare construction, data center or mission critical, union workforce, and EOS experience are all a plus.
