THE ROLE: We are looking for a Part-Time Financial Services Specialist(Teller) to join our Branchteam in Portland. In this role, you'llhelp customers with their day-to-day banking needs while building relationships and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals. Theanticipatedhours are 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. withadditionalflexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Deliver exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and product referrals. Support branch growth byidentifyingcustomer needs and referring mortgage, home equity, and other banking opportunities to theappropriate teammembers.

WHAT YOU BRING: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Previouscustomer service or retail experience and a passion for helping others. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively. Up to a week of in-person training, which requires travel to Machias, is mandatory within the first 30 daysfor onboarding in this role. Additionally, future training sessions maynecessitatetravel if retraining isrequired.
