Visitor Assistant To assist visitors with entering and exiting the building.
Duties:
- (Not Limited To):Upon start of each shift, get an updated census from the office.
- Stay in the front lobby area at all times.
- Watch the front door, and answer the doorbell, welcoming visitors to our facility.
- Assist them in finding locations as needed. You may not leave the front lobby.
- Be vigilant in keeping the code confidential. Do not give it to anyone who is not a current employee of the facility.
- Answer the facility telephone and transfer calls to proper locations.
- Have some computer skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write functional English
- Looking to hire every other weekend 9a-5p and some weekday afternoons 430p-8p
