Senior Insurance Litigation Specialist Remote

Berkley Aspire is seeking a Litigation Specialist to handle advanced-level, primarily litigated, commercial first-property and/or third-party general liability losses in a paperless environment. This role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or other US locations. Responsibilities include setting up loss assignments, reserving, analyzing policy language, drafting coverage letters and managing outside vendors, while maintaining compliance with state statutes.
