Seeking an experienced Elementary ELA Assessment Creator for a 24-month fixed-term position, this remote role will focus on developing innovative K-12 assessments, ensuring alignment with state standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the assessment experience for students.
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to the creation of high-quality K-12 ELA assessments based on established blueprints
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop engaging and interactive assessments
Ensure assessment items align with state standards and best practices in item development
Required qualifications:
2+ years of classroom experience teaching elementary school ELA
Deep knowledge of grades 3-5 ELA assessment development and state/national standards
Experience with collaborative work on time-sensitive projects
Interest in leveraging AI technologies for content creation
Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Google Docs and spreadsheets
