Beyer Group is hiring: Health and Safety Trainer in Houston

The Health and Safety Trainer is responsible for the design, the delivery and the continuous improvement of training programs. This position needs to assess, execute, and develop all training programs. The Health and Safety Trainer has excellent communication skills and strives to enhance The Company Culture.

Develop curriculum and design training for all courses. Administer training for designated groups, equipment, and positions. Identify performance gaps and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs. Work in partnership with management to create company-specific course content. Evaluate success of the training implementation. Create techniques, concepts and develop training programs and strategies. Promotes a safety culture through open communications with all employees. Identify and implement changes to reduce hazards and risks through training courses. Performs other duties as needed and as observed by Company’s policies and manager’s request.
