Rehab Aide

Location: Apollo, PA Type of Employment: Per Diem/PRN Hours are not guaranteed

Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary) Compensation: Starting at $12/hr pending experience Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities: Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications CPR certification First aid certification Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center Additional Data Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal opportunity employer.
