Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care for cardiovascular (CV) cases, including advanced procedures such as ECMO and thoracic cases. Perform and interpret Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE).Supervise a team of CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) specialized in cardiovascular cases. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Required Qualifications: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (Cardiac preferred)Active Arkansas medical license required Clean malpractice and background record preferredCOVID vaccination required Ability to perform advanced CV anesthesia procedures, including TEE and epidurals Experience with CV cases is essential, excluding transplants Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred but not required Compensation: Holiday Pay: 1.5x regular hourly rate Malpractice coverage must be included in submitted rates.
