About the role

Remote Client Experience Specialist Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients stay informed, supported, and organized throughout the travel planning process. As a Remote Client Experience Specialist, you'll assist with communication, reservations, scheduling, follow-up, and travel-related details while helping create a smooth and professional client experience. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do:
  • Respond to client questions and requests
  • Gather dates, preferences, and important planning details
  • Assist with reservations and confirmations
  • Coordinate schedules and itinerary information
  • Provide updates and follow up on pending items
  • Help organize accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Assist with changes or special requests
  • Maintain accurate client records

  • Familiarity with email and online systems

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
