Lean & Quality Leadership Associate (2-Year Program)

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Lean and Quality LDA as part of its two-year Leadership Development Associate program. You will rotate through Lean Leader, Quality Engineer, and Value Stream Team Leader tracks, gaining supervision, team leadership, and plant-wide Lean expertise. The program focuses on leadership development, mentoring, and hands-on experience across multiple Parker divisions. Relocation and geographic flexibility are required during rotations.
