Beverage Supervisor: Lead Bartenders & Training + PTO

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in the United States seeks a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily tasks of bartenders, cocktail servers and barbacks, and to assist the Beverage Manager with hiring, training and staff motivation. You will manage labor, control cash and inventory, ensure compliance with SOPs, participate in scheduling, perform periodic inventories, and uphold quality of beverage service across all outlets.
