Lead Capital Actuary: Strategy & Modeling Expert

Genesis Resources seeks a Lead Capital Actuary to own the US regulatory capital modeling (NAIC RBC) and to shape capital strategy, liquidity and allocation. You will work closely with the CEO, CRO and CFO on capital decisions and interact with regulators and rating agencies. The role requires strong experience in capital modeling, underwriting impacts, reinsurance, investments and CAT exposure, plus a track record of building and managing capital models rather than just outputs.
