No Third-Party or C2C Firms*Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship*We are looking for a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You would be a strong and experienced Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is not a testing-focused role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, drive deliverables to completion, and effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will possess strong project management, organizational, communication, and reporting skills and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Location: Miami, FL 331341-year contract assignment. (W-2)
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience
- Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation development skills
- Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities preferred
- Success in this role means:
- Deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Reporting is clear, concise, and leadership-ready
- Risks and issues are identified and addressed proactively
- Stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and accountableORT activities are managed with a high degree of quality and attention to detail
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $35.00/hr. to $40.00/hr.
