Data Center Architect (Infra Practitioner Role)
Location: Remote (US)
Duration: Full Time Only
Job Description:
  • Hands-on Data Center Architect / Infrastructure Practitioner with overall 15+ years of experience responsible for managing and maintaining technological infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, including servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the infrastructure.
  • Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensuring the security of the infrastructure, including data privacy and protection against cyber attacks.
  • Collaborating with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems and technologies.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for hardware and software purchases.
  • Training users on new systems and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, as well as networking protocols and security best practices.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently, and able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience in:
  • Solutioning data center migration, modernization and operations
  • Solutioning end to end IT support/operations
  • Worked on TPA lead RFP's
