You need to be able to read detailed drawings, bills of material, use measuring tools and be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions. We will teach you how to operate woodworking equipment and build furniture to our quality standards. You'll be a good fit if you: Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills. Experience using hand tools and/or wood working tools is a plus. Are conscientious about quality and safety. Communicate well and contribute to a team. Show up consistently and are ready to work.
