People Operations & Payroll Director

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director of Administrative Services & Payroll to lead HR, payroll and related operations in collaboration with the Administrator, Director of Nursing and department heads. Success is measured by employee satisfaction, development, retention and achievement of corporate KPIs. This role administers benefits, compensation, hiring processes, performance reviews, confidentiality and compliance with ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and workers’ comp.
