Director of Hands-On Automotive Technician Training

Auto Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Automotive Technical Training to build and lead technician development across our 14 locations. This hands-on role works in the shops, coaching technicians, and shaping a practical, scalable training program. You will partner with shop leadership to identify gaps, track certifications, and create clear development paths for entry-level to advanced technicians, while traveling between locations to ensure consistent standards.
