ECMO Specialist – Advanced Critical Care Perfusion

Fairview Health Services is hiring an ECMO Specialist at the University of Minnesota Medical Center – East Bank in Minneapolis, MN. The role includes providing mechanical circulatory support and ECMO management with a 0.9 FTE schedule (72 hours every two weeks) and a $18,000 sign-on bonus. The ECMO Specialist will assemble, monitor, and troubleshoot ECMO equipment, collaborate with bedside nurses and ECMO providers, and contribute to quality improvement efforts while adhering to policies.
