Job Responsibilities: Ability toeffectively manage all areas of the sales department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing. Experience withinternet and retail tools, IE:V-auto, E-car list and a VASTarray of digital knowledge for marketing as well as purchasing. Ability toforecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and keyexpenses on a monthly and annual basis. Possess strongclosing abilities and ability to work with lenders. Understands andkeeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations. Ability tohandle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure highstandards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensure thatsales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at all times. Excellentcommunication skills; ability to communicate effectively withcustomers; subordinates and other management. Ability totrain and be a leader to your sales staff. An effectivemanager is a great leader.
