Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Partner Tech Liaison

Xsolla is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical point of contact for strategic enterprise partners. You will troubleshoot real integration problems, reproduce defects, and ensure readiness for launches while coordinating across Customer Success, Tech Leads, and Product teams. You will own ticketing, triage issues, and provide fast, credible technical responses on live calls, with a focus on API, payments, and storefront integrations.
