Client Advisor Analyst
Position Summary: The Client Advisor Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, planning support, and recommendation development. This role transforms financial data into meaningful insights and assists in implementing wealth management strategies. The Client Advisor Analyst serves as the primary analytical resource for financial reporting, cash flow planning, charitable giving administration, insurance coordination, and asset management activities.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow tracking, forecasting, and reporting across accounts. Oversee Addepar reporting and review monthly financial packages. Analyze spending patterns, liquidity needs, and short- and long-term cash requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making. Audit & Investment Oversight Conduct detailed audits across investment accounts, including: Private equity Direct investments Distributions Real estate holdings Ensure data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain reporting integrity. Identify discrepancies and resolve data quality issues. Philanthropy & Gifting Management Oversee charitable giving processes, including grant execution, letters, and reporting summaries. Manage gifting administration, including: Asset transfers Unit tracking Related documentation and reporting Insurance & Benefits Management Lead insurance program administration, including: Life insurance Personal lines (home, auto, umbrella)Travel insurance Group excess coverage Coordinate Medicare enrollment and ongoing retirement-related administration. Operational & Transactional Support Assist with home and auto purchase or sale transactions, including coordination with external parties. Support Education Committee planning initiatives Assist with estate planning execution, ensuring alignment with established structures and documentation.
Qualifications: Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Ø  2–5+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, financial services, or related field.Ø  Experience with financial reporting platforms (Addepar preferred).Ø  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ø  High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ø  Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Preferred Skills: Ø  Familiarity with private investments, real estate assets, and complex financial structures.Ø  Experience working in a family office or high-net-worth environment.Ø  Knowledge of insurance policies, estate planning basics, and philanthropic structures.
