Description: Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Flux Core Welders for projects located in or around El Mirage, AZ.This is a night shift opportunity, and the pay rate isup to $35/hour based on experience plus$120/per diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the Jobsite. Job Scope: Perform structural welding on steel beams, columns, and fabricated assemblies Weld light and heavy structural steel in a fabrication shop environment Complete structural steel prefabrication for data center projects Perform FCAW (Flux-Core Arc Welding) in accordance with project specifications Follow applicable Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Read and interpret fabrication drawings, structural prints, and weld symbols Perform groove and fillet welds to required quality standards Inspect completed welds and make necessary corrections or repairs Maintain production requirements while ensuring weld quality Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as required by project needs
