Mill Reliability & Maintenance Leader

Kruger Products Memphis Mill is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability organization, coordinating with Operations, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Operational Excellence teams to maximize asset availability and improve reliability. The role emphasizes proactive work management, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Assistant General Manager and guiding maintenance, facilities, and planning personnel.
