Senior Electrical Assembly Lead for Data Center Power

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Electrical Assembly to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center Generators and Enclosures. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring wiring, control panels, and power distribution meet the highest safety and quality standards before shipment. You will apply NEC/NFPA knowledge, perform quality audits, and drive Lean improvements while coordinating with supply chain for component readiness.
