Senior Engineering Program Lead (Energy & Petrochemical EPC)

KBR is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects. This role involves managing engineering teams across disciplines, ensuring cost, schedule and quality objectives are met, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and project management. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years of progressive experience in industrial environments, and strong EPC execution knowledge. PE license is preferred.
