Logistics Sales Executive

The Opportunity: Tala Trans is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive OR Freight Sales Representative that is driven to generate new business and expand customer relationships across domestic and international transportation services. This role is focused on acquiring new accounts, reactivating former customers, and building long-term partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and other shipping organizations. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, networking, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new transportation and logistics customers Identify and pursue opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and shipping organizations Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new revenue opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and business development activities Sell domestic and international freight solutions Manage customer accounts throughout the sales cycle and support long-term account retention and growth Consistently generate revenue and gross profit through proactive business development efforts Qualifications 3+ years of transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain sales experience Proven success winning new business and growing customer accounts Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills Experience selling transportation or logistics solutions Existing industry relationships and customer contacts preferred Book of business Required Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
