Maintenance Specialist - Direct Hire

Maintenance Specialist Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Specialists for a manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. What You'll Do as a Maintenance Specialist: Perform building and grounds maintenance throughout the facility Oversee maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and maintain maintenance logs Troubleshoot and complete mechanical, electrical, and construction-related maintenance tasks Coordinate and schedule work with vendors for facility services, repairs, remodeling, and HVAC maintenance Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company safety policies Set up and tear down equipment and materials for company meetings and events Assist with Assembly and Fabrication operations as needed What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Specialist Role: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of facilities, maintenance, or related experience Strong mechanical, electrical, and construction aptitude Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required In addition to opportunities for growth and advancement, employees enjoy a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond a paycheck.
