Position: Production Associate / FabricatorShift: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMOvertime available on FridaysPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourJob Duties: Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass productsWork with molds, resins, and composite materialsUse hand and power tools to complete production tasksInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metFollow work instructions and production schedulesMove materials throughout the facility as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAssist with additional production duties as assignedRequirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and ability to use hand toolsValid driver's license requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferredExperience: Manufacturing or production experienceFiberglass, composite, or plastic fabricationMechanical, automotive, or construction experienceSkilled trades experienceIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
