Head of QA Engineering (Fully Remote)

You will own release testing across four platforms: SPARK, AGL, Nexus Bridge, and Strongpay. Build automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and Azure Dev Ops. Establish load and performance testing, rollback plans, and security testing for every release. The Role and First Year: First 90 days: observe release cycles, take ownership of AI testing agents, and deliver first automated regression suite. By Month 6: automated coverage across core release paths, documented rollback plan, baseline load-test results, and quality dashboard.
