Leasing Agent Needed For Immediate Hire! We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.
Responsibilities:
Greeting prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours and answering inquiries.
Assist applicants with the Leasing process.
Process applications, prepare lease agreements and update property listings.
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/We will train the right candidates.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong people skills.
