Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role: Support plant operations and production efficiency Work across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions Hands-on role with leadership responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance and manufacturing technician teamsSupport production and troubleshoot shop floor issues Drive process improvements & cost reduction projectsDevelop new manufacturing methods, tooling, and materialsAssist with prototype development for new/modified products Ensure quality and efficiency across product lines Provide technical support for heat exchangers & tubing systemsQualificationsAssociate's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or related) OR equivalent experience (1-3+ years) Experience in: Manufacturing processes & fabrication Tooling and process improvement Industrial maintenance or engineering support Knowledge of HVAC / heat exchanger systems (preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Work EnvironmentOn-site manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Additional InfoNo certifications required No relocation assistance provided Mueller Industries Companies provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
