Job Title:
Data Center Technicians Location: Austin, Texas Duration: 6+Months Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support Hands-on experience with server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, break/fix work, cabling, rack-and-stack, and decommissioning Experience maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, rack elevations, asset records, and troubleshooting guides Strong understanding of server hardware, Linux/Windows fundamentals, power, cooling, and network infrastructure Experience with inventory management, audits, ticketing systems, and change management Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and document findings clearly Strong attention to detail and experience working in large-scale data center environments Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, APIs, Jira, or similar tools
