Chief Legal Officer & Strategic Risk Leader

Nonprofits Insurance Alliance (NIA) is seeking a General Counsel to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, leading the legal function across NIA’s companies. This role focuses on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance for a nonprofit P&C insurer serving the nonprofit sector. You will lead the in-house legal team, oversee major contracts, and collaborate with risk, underwriting, and product development to support organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
