Build onboarding experiences that set new employees up for success. Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and develop practical solutions. Support employee growth through coaching, leadership development, and career-focused learning. Develop training that strengthens member service, financial wellness, and sales skills. If you're energized by developing people, building innovative learning programs, and making a difference every day, we encourage you to apply! Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred At least three years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workplace learning programs; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Experience in a credit union, financial institution, financial wellness program, or financial counseling environment preferred. Current Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred; must complete the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) and earn the CCUFC designation within 12 months of hire if not already certified. Certified Credit Union Facilitator (CCUF) designation preferred at hire; ability to earn the designation within 12 months of hire required. Experience creating digital learning content and instructional materials
