Field Engineer

Contractor has a need for a Field Engineer for major commercial projects. The person in this role must have the ability to accurately layout large commercial or light industrial projects. Previous experience as a field engineer (surveyor) working on commercial projects is required. This role requires travel in the Southeast. Out of town living expenses will be covered. This position requires previous commercial construction field engineering experience..Duties include:Boundary and topo surveys Grade decks and set elevations Layout for slabs and decks Set controls on slabs and decks Conduct field layouts xaygatp and all surveying activities Assist in evaluation of dimension busts As built surveys Evaluate other field problems as they arise Keywords: construction, layout, controls, elevation, surveys.
