Business Unit Manager

Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 25% bonus Full ownership of a $150M+ aerospace business unit Significant autonomy and decision-making authority Direct visibility with executive leadership The opportunity to influence strategy, growth, and investment decisionsA clear pathway toward future VP and President-level leadership opportunities Key Responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager As Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for: Full P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cash generation Developing and executing business growth strategies Leading cross-functional teams across Program Management, Business Development, Account Management, and Operations Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 customers Identifying new business opportunities and securing future programme wins Driving continuous improvement across the business unit Developing a high-performing leadership team and creating a culture of accountability The Opportunity of the Business Unit Manager: This role provides the opportunity to build an executive leadership profile within a highly successful aerospace organisation. You will not simply inherit an existing business- you will be expected to think strategically, identify opportunities, make decisions, and drive measurable results. The successful candidate will have the platform to demonstrate their ability to run a complex aerospace business, creating a strong foundation for progression into senior leadership roles.
