About the role
ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineer | Phoenix, AZWe're partnering with a global technology and consulting organization seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineer to support a major financial services client in Phoenix, AZ.This is an opportunity to join a senior engineering team focused on ServiceNow platform development, configuration and business process automation, working across ITSM and ITAM within a large-scale enterprise environment.
The Role:
- Develop, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Work across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and SecOpsDevelop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs and Flow Designer
- Build and maintain REST/API integrations
- Support application development and platform enhancements
- Work closely with Product Owners to translate requirements into effective solutions
- Participate throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through testing and implementation
- Conduct code reviews and support best practices across the engineering team
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment using JiraWhat We're Looking For 8+ years of overall IT experience 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITAMStrong JavaScript development skills
- Experience with REST, APIs, JSON and integrations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and application development
- Understanding of platform architecture
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus.
