Position Summary:
Responsible for performing the lab tests ordered by providers in an accurate and timely manner. Performing venipunctures and capillary draws on Inpatients, Emergency Department patients, and Outpatients as required.
Qualifications:
- MLT/CLT: Associate in Applied Science degree in Medical Technology (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS)MT/CLS: Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS)
- Licensure & CertificationsMLT/CLT & MT/CLS: Registration with a nationally recognized certifying organization is highly recommended. ASCP registration is preferred.
