Founding Wellness Spa Front Desk Concierge

Yora Nordic Spa in Portland, CT is opening in November 2026. The Front Desk Concierge will join the founding Front Desk team, assisting with arrivals, reservations, payments and a warm welcome for every guest. This role starts between mid- and late October 2026 and includes guiding guests through hydrotherapy experiences, memberships and Bistro offerings. As one of the first contacts, you will create a simple, welcoming guest experience, handle check-ins/outs, and maintain accurate records while
