Retention & Training Associate

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Training Support role in Decatur, Alabama. You will monitor probationary employees during training, conduct job previews for hourly applicants, and help identify training needs through discussions with production leaders. You will also assist line leaders to resolve training problems, schedule previews with HR, and instruct on initial exercises to boost strength and readiness.
