Responsibilities: Lead a team of approximately 15 designers and design managers responsible for e‑commerce experiences, including cart, checkout, fulfillment, post‑buy communications and operational touchpoints. Collaborate with stakeholders to set design strategy, priorities, and deliverables. Establish and maintain design processes, insights, and quality standards for projects. Partner with UX, product, technology, and enterprise teams to deliver high‑quality, performant, and scalable solutions. Advocate for design initiatives, present data‑driven rationale, and communicate trade‑offs with leadership. Mentor and develop people leaders and individual contributors, fostering growth, trust, and transparency. Build relationships across senior leadership levels to drive organization‑wide impact. Develop and promote a community of practice within a distributed, global environment.

Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in UX/digital product design with a strong foundation in design craft. Foundational understanding of virtual retail agencies. 4+ years of people‑management experience, including hiring, leading, and developing teams of 15 or more, both on‑site and remote. Experience working in large, matrixed, multinational organizations. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating data‑driven design rationale with authority and openness. Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels and deliver high‑impact designs. Capacity to balance short‑term and long‑term priorities while elevating team performance. Creative problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and building collaborative solutions.

Salary range: $141,600.00 – $254,900.00 USD. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be offered, subject to location requirements.
