Network Engineer

Location: Olathe, KS / Wilton, CT / San Diego, CA12 - 15 years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities: Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer. Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets. Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades. Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them. Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues. Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
