Leading lab operations in a full-time capacity, the Lead Lab Operations Engineer will manage infrastructure strategy, deployment programs, and technical support activities while ensuring lab availability and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day lab operations and support activities
Own ticket management processes, SLA performance, and operational metrics
Plan and execute large-scale deployments of client, server, and lab environmentsRequired QualificationsExpert-level hardware, firmware, BIOS/IFWI, and operating system troubleshooting
Strong networking and infrastructure deployment experience
Proven leadership and project coordination skills
Experience managing complex lab environments and test infrastructure
Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
