Senior UX Writer – AI-Driven Experiences

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking an accomplished UX Writer to shape AI-powered copy across products and experiences. You’ll lead wording for multiple projects, including training large language models to generate copy that is clear, consistent, and on-brand for hosts and guests. You will partner with Design, PM, Legal, localization, and engineering to define content standards, evaluate model outputs, and iterate toward the best user experience, while presenting work to directors and executives.
