About the role

TRIA Orthopedics' Spine Surgery division is seeking a full-time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy, well-established orthopedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team-based spine care.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus onfirst-assist responsibilities, hospital management, and shared rounding.
  • Provideindependent patient care in clinic, including post-operative visits, established patient follow-ups, and new consults.
  • Participate in ashared call rotationwith the larger surgical spine PA team.
  • Work primarily atTRIA ShakopeeandTRIA Bloomington, with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.
  • Who We’re Looking For
  • A dynamic, motivated PA withorthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience .Candidates with general orthopedic surgical experience will also be considered.
  • This position isnot suited for new graduatesdue to the level of surgical and independent practice required.
